Jewelry Design Inspiration

You never know where you’ll find the inspiration that sends you into a creative frenzy.  Sometimes it appears in the most common, mundane things and you don’t even have to look for it – it finds you.

Such is the case with my Autumn & Acorn necklace.  While walking my new puppy for the third time that day, I spotted some lovely little acorns scattered about.  Actually, my dog is always putting things in his mouth so I keep a constant eye on the ground.  Luckily I didn’t run into anything.

Some of these acorns were still green, others brown.  I loved their shape and color. I quickly gathered a few before the puppy got to them and ran home and make something. Read the comments on Jewelry Business Success Newsletter here http://www.making-jewelry-now.com/autumn-acorns.html#comments
